The husband is the omelet maker in the house. He has it down to a science. Me...... not so much. Since he's 488 miles away I have to settle for my eggs scrambled.

Scrambled eggs with pancetta and cheese. Toasted Tuscan bread and freshly made orange/pear juice. YUM!
